Soil is quite heavy. So a rooftop garden may require a reinforced building structure, which require extra resources. And insects and animals may try to settle on your rooftop garden. This kind of architecte look nice but often is a bad idea.
Put solar panels on rooftops, and create a garden on an empty lot. Not the other way around.

This is a serious crime and they deserve to be punished accordingly. And no matter how dumb and hateful they, they’re minors so a judge can’t ignore their age and relevant law to set a sentence.
No one deserves acid thrown at them AND young children should not be tried as adults.
Justice exist both for victims and perpretators. So that victims can obtain sentencing of their agressors, and that agressors get a fair and impartial sentencing, taking their age into account.

Health data is highly regulated personal data. This would certainly get the attention of data protection watchdogs.

How is coal consumption changing in absolute term? What matter most is the absolute amount of fossiel fuel being burned, and the amount of greenhouse gases released.
Developing renewable is great. But the article focus on share and relative figures. So it’s not clear if renewable are increasing faster than coal, and emissions continue to rise. Or if coal use is actually decreasing.
Update: Sadly India keep increasing coal use according to this source. So it’s too early to celebrate.
